• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.

We came to town for a dance competition in downtown Minneapolis. The house was a great location, only 10 minutes from The Great Mall and 15 to downtown. The house had everything we needed. Had a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms and the owners were very attentive. Communication was great.

Great property and in a great location. We were within 10 minutes to MOA. Rooms on the main floor was a big plus with elderly parents. Two suites downstairs gave our teens plenty of space. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the upstairs game room but it was nice knowing it was there if the weather kept us inside. Property if close to local shopping centers and restaurants, all within a couple of miles in either direction. Safe place to walk in the evenings. Nice neighbors as well.
