• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Perfectly Located
The Cottage on Upton in Linden Hills is perfectly located between Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska, and near downtown Linden Hills and all it has to offer. Perfect for a visit to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and neighborhood were very cute. It is walking distance from Lake Harriett which was beautiful to enjoy. The only issue was that there is a lot of construction going on in the area. This didn't impact where were staying, but was a hassle when driving through streets. Enjoyed Our Stay!
We enjoyed our stay! The size of the home was perfect for us, and it had the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect. Several restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a coffee shop and book store to name a few destinations. We highly recommend Martina -- terrific food and cocktails. Lake Harriet and Lake Bde Maka Ska are also a short walk away which we enjoyed.

Amazing Place
This was an amazing place. The house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. We had some minor issues and Minnestay was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Overall our stay was great. House met our expectations and was walkable to Lake Harriet and my brothers house which was important to us. There was a lot of construction going on in the area and across from the house. Friday morning they started at 7am so we were up early. Not sure that was noted at all.- Annemarie , Posted:
Fantastic Place
My son and I had a great stay at the house. Cool neighbor and nice walkable access to restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was that the AC system installed in the home had difficulty keeping up on the warm summer days and the interior of the home got warm during the day.- Robert , Posted:
