• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Very conveniently located!
We stayed for a week of Thanksgiving while our place was getting remodeled.
The house is very conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and parks; comfy and well stocked, free parking, our dogs loved fenced backyard and walking around the neighborhood sidewalks. Quiet area with minimal traffic and street noise.
Interior of the house is recently updated and well furnished.

Great place to stay; cute home - very stylish. Easy access/instructions/etc. Great neighborhood, with lots to walk to. The kid's downstairs room was SUPER helpful. When we stayed there was no backyard patio table... so maybe just ask about that, if it's important to you.- Lacey , Posted:
The place balanced a beautiful artsy adult space with many amenities for kids hidden away that could be used if needed. The basement living room with toys was a game changer for our family. We had a wonderful stay at Minnestay’s Fulton Gates property. We stayed there for a week with our twin toddlers and our dog while we were having some work done on our home in South Minneapolis, and it could not have been more convenient. The property is PERFECT for children. The house is baby-proofed, the kitchen is fully equipped, the basement is a perfect play space, and the yard is fenced. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, comfortable, and close to great food options, including Cafe Ceres and Pizzeria Lola. To top it all off, the Minnestay staff were super responsive to our questions and very understanding when our toddlers broke something.
