• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Hygge House was great. So many amenities, very clean and they communicate so well. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked with some pantry staples and many appliances. We didn't spend a bunch of time outside but we loved the basement, they have their own Netflix account so you don't have to deal with the Netflix household rule. There was one maintenance issue during our stay that didn't effect us. We called and they took care of it fast. They were friendly too. Overall, a great Airbnb, and a lovely stay.- Annika , Posted:
“Hygge” is our family’s new Key Word for an airbnb stay. We are all feeling peaceful, happy, and comfortable after this stay. We want more of this! Charming & busy Downtown Edina is a 5 Minute walk away. We had a delicious lunch with friends at the Edina Grill & then an impromptu wine tasting at France 44. Our Edina friends have their own sauna-but envied the one at our abode. It is beautiful. Our excursions to hockey games & social events were sandwiched between Hygge mornings & afternoons of quiet cozy contemplation, reading, music, movies, and renewal. We will return.

The house was great for our extended weekend as a small family of 3! We loved walking around 50th and France and down to the lake. The air bnb had more amenity items than I thought which was great! My only picky item to note is that none of the light bulbs matched. Some were fluorescent and day light and others were soft white. I took one out of the fan fixture because it was not dimmable compatible compared to the other 2 and would flicker if I tried to dim. Generally we enjoyed the fully stocked house and will definitely rent here again!- Emily , Posted:
