• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"We absolutely loved this place! It truly felt like a home away from home. The property was a big step up from where we usually stay. The combination of country charm and modern style made it really special compared to other Airbnbs we've been to. The neighborhood was so peaceful and easy to get around. Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs, so it might not be the best choice if you struggle with that. But aside from that, it's perfect for families, couples, or anyone needing a break from the city. Also, watch out for road construction nearby when finding your way to the property!"Road construction is nearby so pay close attention to take the turn that takes you to this property.- Kb , Posted:
Very clean, spacious home for our group of 8. Two of the guests were in the US for the first time and loved how the house “looked like it was in an American movie.” Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. 2.5 bathrooms was a big plus as well.- Anna , Posted:
Excellent home for families traveling. Host was very quick to respond to your every need. This home did NOT disappoint. Neighborhood quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful stay! There were 5 of us staying for a Girls Getaway weekend and it was great to have such a large and comfortable home to sprawl out in. The house was spotless, the furniture was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and we appreciated the extra blankets in the living room to curl up in while we visited. The area feels safe and is very quiet. We didn't make use of the garage, but it's a great amenity if you're visiting during the winter months. Unfortunately there's quite a bit of road construction in the area so that made it a bit tricky to head out on some of our daily adventures (we were sent on quite a detour one day with our maps!), but the house is very close to the cute towns of Stillwater and Hudson. Hopefully the construction will be wrapping up soon! We didn't head into St. Paul or Minneapolis, but both cities would be a quick drive. Fantastic place!- Lisa , Posted:
