What an amazing place! We celebrated my wife’s Dad’s 90th Birthday here and it was the best place ever! We loved the views, the fireplace, the showers, the space for all of us, the beautiful layout and spacious rooms, the chef’s kitchen and the light fixtures throughout! We ate many delicious meals at the table, sang happy birthday in the living room and were in awe of all we saw on the lake in January! We look forward to coming here again in a different season (summer or fall). Thank you for creating such a warm and cozy environment!

Family vacation
My family has had the opportunity to stay in this lake front vacation house for a week over the past several years. It’s spectacular! Nothing beats waking up to morning sunrises on the lake. The house is is great condition with all modern appliances and furniture. You cannot go wrong renting this house for a week!

Beautiful, pristine home!
This house is gorgeous and we all drew in our breath as we walked in. It's perfectly clean, gorgeously decorated, and everything is thought out beautifully. My friends and I had a small college reunion while in town for a wedding, and the house was perfect, comfortable, and user-friendly. My only minor complaints: A message from the neighbor letting us know she had to wake up at 4 am the next day and to make sure we were quiet was a bummer. We were only 6 people and weren't planning to be noisy, but we spent the entire night on edge worried that we'd get in trouble and ended up totally turning the music off and going to the basement at 7:30 because we couldn't get that out of our heads. The 10 pm quiet time request felt reasonable and we could have left it at that. Also- it felt isolating to a diverse group of guests from NYC and LA to have a Trump book sitting on the coffee table. We all had a bit of an icky feeling after that and wish the owner's politics could have been left out of an otherwise stunning home.

This house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends, or just a family of 3 like us! We did it all. The communication with the 24/7 team was amazing. The house didn’t have a blender and a new beautiful one was in front of our door within 12 hours. Every attention to detail was delivered. The house is super clean, all windows look upon the beautiful lake. It’s worth every penny and we spent the whole time saying that this was the best home we’ve ever rented. Thank you to the Minnestay team and Airbnb for a memorable summer.

Two week family vacation
This house on Lake Vermillion is truly a premier property and exceptional experience. With beautiful lake views on all three levels there isn’t a bad room in the house! The appliances and decor are all modern and in terrific condition. My family stayed here in 2018 and now again in 2021. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful House. Modern yet cozy
We had a great time staying here! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy along with a large kitchen and living room on the main floor to hang out. Follow the directions provided by the landlord and checking in will be a breeze! We were a bit concerned about the neighbors based on a previous review but we had no issues - the neighborhood was quiet but the few people we ran into were friendly.

Great place for a family gathering!
We enjoyed a wonderful holiday time with our family here. The kitchen is great with room for lots of cooking and adequate tools and lots of dishes! The beds are comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The living room, dining room, and closets are great for a group. Everything in this house 'works'...lights, fireplace, furnace, water heater, commercial style gas range with double oven, dishwasher, faucets, drains, everything. The pictures represent the house just like it is...beautiful.

An Amazing Stay at an Unforgettable house
The entire stay was unforgettable. The neighbors were sweet, the house was clean and provided every tool of cutlery we would have needed for the week and the lake provided fun for the entire family. Great Modern House on Lake Minnetonka
Great modern house on a very fun part of the lake. House was exactly as advertised - clean, well organized, tastefully designed and well taken care of. Trip home to to visit my childhood
Everything about this property and the management company is top of the top. Absolute professionalism, cleanliness, and stunning views to boot! Both check-in and checkout process were quite easy. The fully stocked kitchen was great as we were able to cook an excellent Seabass and risotto dinner for my childhood friends. My 10 year old daughter woke up every morning, asking to go fishing with the provided poles and tackle. It was just precious and the memories we made will be kept for a lifetime. Bonfire with s’mores, sunrises on the lake that just can’t be beat (even our 15-year-old woke up every morning to run out and take pictures of the sunrise), and drinking our morning cup of coffee looking out the window over the water was incredible. We had so many people to see and visit, but this location and property made it hard to leave every day. Really can’t say enough good things. We will return for sure!

Rockstar living on Lake Minnetonka!
We were blown away by this property! It's brand new, so everything is in fantastic condition, clean and sparkling. The view of the lake out of the huge windows is spectacular! The modern, open, designer feeling of the house has you feeling like you're rock star in Malibu instead of Minneapolis The kitchen is incredible, with a huge professional stove, refrigerator and island. A cook's dream! It's right on the lake, with a dock, so you can boat in and out. There's plenty of space for friends and family, and two amazing master suites with their personal views of the lake. It looks like it was professionally designed, inside and out, the decor and furniture is incredible. We're definitely coming back again in the summer, it's close enough to the city of Minneapolis that I can goo to my office during the day and hit the lake that night, then BBQ on the deck, and roast marshmallows on the fire pit watching the sunset.

GREAT VACATION AT MINNESTAY- LAKEFRONT LUXURY
My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Minnestay- Lakefront Luxury property in August 2018!! We had high expectations and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and supplied with everything you need for a luxury vacation. We did NOT have to leave once to run to the store to pick anything up. And for our large family that is common. :) We appreciated how well stocked the cupboards were and the amenities were wonderful. Lance assisted us with a great location to rent a boat for our vacation. The rental location was only a couple of minutes from the property, it was quick and easy and the staff was wonderful. One night we asked for a couple of small items and they literally were at our door within a couple of hours. High attention to detail! I appreciated the great service. Whenever I needed anything, I would make a call or send an email and was responded to immediately. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time, the property is amazing and the property management was outstanding. We will definitely come back!!!

The home is absolutely amazing! Luxurious, private accommodations (on a peninsula), and direct access to the lake. There were kayaks and an outdoor fireplace. A really great place to relax and unwind.
There was a minor issue with the internet connection that was beyond the owner's control (Minnestay kept us informed early and often). Both the owner and Minnestay were extremely accommodating and responsive to respond to the issue - we were very pleased with the response.

Perfect spot for a relaxing girls weekend
This house was so gorgeous! Big beautiful windows and the lake was so close. We had a relaxing girls weekend at the house and it was perfect. Only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 10, but there were only enough beds for 8 people. One of us had to sleep on an air mattress since it seemed like the only other option was to sleep on a couch

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was an amazing stay. The house sleeps 10 comfortably and offers plenty of space to relax. The access to the lake was unbelievably easy and close to our pontoon rental place, Metro Lakes Marina. Definitely a great place for a quiet retreat weekend.

This place was amazing and the perfect location. Surprised my fiancé and flew in some of his buddies from San Diego, hoped on the boat and drove up to this gorgeous home for his 40th birthday! It’s modern, clean and the layout was perfect for multiple couples and singles. We never felt on top of each other and everyone had their own space. The covered dock was great and there’s a launch 1 minute from the house located within the neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. You literally don’t have to speak to anyone if you don’t want because they send you an email with all the info you’ll need. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful home in Minnetonka!

The owner and property manager were both great to work with and provided all the information needed. The house is right on the lake so it has amazing views and you can boat right up to it. Definitely would stay here again!!

Family weekend
This was a perfect setting/home for our family! The property is well cared for and had everything we needed. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Beautiful lake property. Would stay again (and just might!!) What you see in the pics is exactly what you get!

Great modern house on a very fun part of the lake. House was exactly as advertised - clean, well organized, tastefully designed and well taken care of. Lance and his team handled the logistics in advance and everything we needed was taken care of. Would (will) highly recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

Unbelievable views of the lake- pictures do not provide how nice this structure is. Kitchen stove would make any chef jealous
