The natural light radiates throughout and provides a floorplan that exudes the cozy warmth desired in a house that was meant to be your home away from home. Nokomis Blue is designed to enhance and engage your stay. This artistically decorated home offers fully equipped modern kitchen, charming dining room adjoining cozy family room, 3 bedrooms on second level, workout area with Peloton bike (Peloton shoes with ‘Look Delta’ cleats are required, so please pack them for your trip! You also need your Peloton membership to log in to the bike), onsite laundry and spacious private back yard with solo stove firepit and lounge chairs. When you feel like staying indoors enjoying your surroundings take advantage of the 3 Samsung Smart TV's, one located in the living room, one in lower level exercise area set up to access your fitness account, in addition to bedroom 1 for entertainment or office use. The desirable location offers the freedom of blissful scenic trails while being right outside of town to experience the glitz and glam of Minneapolis. At the Nokomis Blue you can share the fun with your pooch (40lbs max!)

• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Outstanding Home & PERFECT location
Good stay. Great older home that's been renovated beautifully. We went for a family weekend staycation and had a great time cross country skiing at nearby Hiawatha golf course.

Fabulous Minneapolis Rental
We rented this unit for a quick weekend getaway to the Minneapolis area for our family of four (plus dog). The unit was clean, thoughtfully decorated and supplied and was nicer than represented in the listing. Location is wonderful - 10 minutes to Mall of America, 15 minutes to downtown. Perfect 2 weeks in Minneapolis!
Our family with 2 kids, 3 and 6, had a wonderful two week stay in Minneapolis. The location is ideal, so walking distance to great neighborhood spots, the lake and the parkway. Excellent experience
Thank you Minnestay! We were allowed to drop our luggage early to make attending a wedding rehearsal more convenient. Cute, family friendly neighborhood. Great historic home with classy updates and comfortable features. We arranged to have our dog join us on this trip. However a last minute illness interfered with that plan. Without being asked, Kristin at Minnestay offered and arranged a refund of the extra pet fee. Will definitely work with them on our next visit to Minneapolis area. We had a great stay at Nokomis Blue! The house is very nicely decorated and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a pack of fresh roasted coffee beans and a coffe grinder - this made very nice coffee for us in the morning.
