Loved my stay at Minnestay! Room was smaller than expected but perfect for just me on my business trip. Location was amazing (walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as Target Field), bed was comfy, view of the dog park was awesome, and coffee was appreciated. Would have been nice to have a little bit more of the sugar/creamer packets, and water pressure in the shower was a little low, but otherwise really enjoyed my stay!

We rented three rooms in this building from Minnestay for our employees to stay in while attending a conference. Every room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is excellent, each unit was sparkling clean, and everything we needed had already been anticipated and in place. When we had to shuffle around the nights of our stay and swap rooms, Minnestay was super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great modern apartment in an ideal location.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Minneapolis. My only recommendation is to find a better way to communicate checkin information. Some info. Is in portal, other info. On different e-mails. Too many e-mails, all with slightly different bits of information. However, once we figured it all out, a great place to stay- I highly recommend staying in this great place in a location close to many great bars, restaurants and breweries.

The location really can’t be beat. You’re right in the heart of a very fun neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants around you to explore. Checking in and out is super easy and very convenient, particularly if you’re getting in late / early!

Great accommodations, convenient location, and high quality building for a reasonable price. I did have a maintenance issue (smoke alarm unfortunately ran out of batteries in the middle of the night!) but the team was prompt and very kind in resolving quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Great little Airbnb that had a clean modern rustic feel! In walking distance of a cool part of the city with restaurants, coffee shops etc! It felt very safe and it was very appreciated that you get a complimentary parking space in the parkade that leaves no worries for your vehicle. It was a little snug for 3 guests when you start adding suitcases in a snug space with a pull out couch but it’s definitely doable. The check in was a little complicated but after some time we figured it out. Other than that great place. Would book again!

Was convenient walking distance to Target Field. Included parking spot was a huge plus, it was really nice to be able to avoid extra ramp fees or having to deal with parking meters on the street. Place was clean, check in and out process was easy. Water pressure in the shower was very poor.

Had a great stay at the apartment, was extremely clean and amenities were great. The apartment was super cute and I liked the provided coffee set up for the morning. The communication from the management was very timely and they were accommodating. The whole building is really beautiful and I felt safe staying here.
The area of town is a little more happening in the bar scene than the last time I was in Mpls so it was surprising to find out that it's a big party area, so great if that's what part of your stay includes!

I’m a great location, very easy to get to. Great dining options nears by. Check-in and check-out were seamless and very easy. Space itself was more than accommodating, clean, and spacious. They also reached out to see how things were going which was nice. Will definitely stay with Minnestay again!

This place was a great find for a few days in the Minneapolis area. Great restaurants within an easy walking distance, comfortable space for the stay, easy check-in/check-out and parking with in and out access.
Rooftop area is also great for a city view with some nice fire areas and seating.
Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Great stay at a very nice unit. Great location, restaurants and bars are very close by. Check in and out were very easy.
There are a couple steps to registration and signing a separate contract, and the host made it easy.
Also, really great communications from the host. Very responsive and clear.

The apartment we rented from Minnestay was perfect. The location was great, with so many places within walking distance. The Metro was close by with easy access to the rest of downtown, Mall of America, The Airport and St. Paul. The Studio apartment was very modern, and clean. I would absolutely recommend Minnestay.
