Sable 304 - Alcove

This unit was very comfortable and clean. The unit includes several helpful items such as a washer & dryer, shampoo & body wash, toothpaste & toothbrushes, hair dryer, extra pillows & blankets, coffee maker & complimentary coffee. We had a little difficulty with the keys, but that was due more to user error - the contact line was responsive and helpful. We were located on the third floor, but did not hear any street noise. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure in the shower. There are several places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again.

This is a gem of a place. North Loop, close to so many great bars and gyms (Barry’s is around the corner and another gym right next door!) The parking is amazing and so convenient in the garage. The coffee beans provided are local and there’s a grinder provided which was something I’d never seen in an AirBnB and I loved it. We will absolutely be back!

Exactly as advertised, super cute loft in the warehouse district, perfect for a couple. Easy check in/check out, quiet, walking distance to plenty of restaurants/bars/breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

The location is great - close to coffee shops, restaurants and the river walking paths. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the parking space in the garage. This was the perfect place for our Minneapolis stay - it's easily walkable to a ton of bars, restaurants and shops. The rooftop was perfect to have a few friends over for wine and pizza - loved the fireplace!

Great place to stay in the North Loop. Good size for two people. Very quick communication, easy check in, clean, and quiet. Loved the rooftop patio and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

We had some complications figuring things out such as parking and check in, in the beginning but that’s completely on us. Our host where very informative and beyond patient with all our questions! Because of that our experience was amazing, we had a great stay and literally everything we could need within the apartment. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Staying at Sable was amazing, this place was located at convenient location, surrounded by local restaurants that’s just walking distance. Place was clean and comfortable, everything you need for your stay is here. Great view from the rooftop is a plus. Minnestay was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions, checking in and out went smoothly. Will definitely stay again when I come back.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment Downtown
Beautiful Apartment. All the amenities you could possibly need, complete even with a washer and dryer in the bathroom. My favorite was the walkin closet. We stayed for a few weeks so I had plenty of space to hang up all of my outfits. Another HUGE BONUS in Downtown Minneapolis, paid parking inside the parking ramp! Last place I'd stayed didn't have that in I racked up a fortune having to pay for parking meters and inside the parking ramp. There's a huge Salvation Army thrift store within walking distance that has two levels. The top level is all brand new merchandise that come's from store's, a lot of stuff from target. Their used selection wasn't as big downstairs but they had tons of rolling suitcases, most between $5-$7. It was a really lovely apartment to call home for the few weeks we would stay there.

This listing was everything it was advertised as! Conveniently located with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries in walking distance. Not to mention, the train station and Target Field is close by (5 minute walk). The Target Center was a couple train stops down, as well as US Bank Stadium.
The apartment itself was easy to check into and well equipped with all of your travel needs (toiletries especially). Full on kitchen with updated appliances. Overall, super cozy and loved the black out blinds. Felt very safe in the accommodation and its surrounding areas.

Highly recommend Minnestay in this area in particular (I think they may have other locations?). Secure, apartment was attractive, lovely natural light. Neighborhood had a lot going on, and (most importantly for me), a great downstairs coffee shop. If we came again, we’d take advantage of the lovely kitchen a bit more. Overall, highly recommend.

We stayed at Minnestay for a girls weekend. It was a great location, we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and bars. The apartment had all of the necessities. It was a little cozy with 3 of us staying there, but it was exactly as shown online. I have stayed in several AirBnbs and I would have to say this unit had a unique check-in process. You have to follow instructions on your phone to get the keys. Someone who isn't very tech savvy might struggle with this part.

Beautiful studio in a great location. I do wish it was a tad bit closer to the main bars and restaurants but we worked it out. It was extremely hot in the apartment at times too which was uncomfortable. We kept turning the thermostat down to cool the place but it would go right back after a bit. That was pretty annoying.

Industrial Charm
Perfect location to explore all that the North Loop District has to offer. Clean and comfortable property equipped with all the amenities you can hope for. We were thrilled to have free parking in the garage during our stay. Booking was a breeze and our host was very responsive and helpful. The Sable building boasts industrial charm. The lobby is inviting and we loved hanging out on the roof top terrace before catching a concert at Target Field which was only a short walk away.

This is my second time staying at the Sable, and I plan to be back.
I love the CLEANLINESS (my pet peeve, and I’ve been burned in two AirBnBs that were NOT clean!), the amenities in the kitchen/bathroom, the washer/dryer, and the fabulous location. The check-in process still remains a bit tricky with an email/text/special key access; but it was easier the second time.

Beautiful building in the heart of North Loop! We’ve stayed with Sable a handful of times and have loved each unit. Our car was literally steps away in the parking garage which is such a lifesaver! Surrounded by amazing food, Wrecktangle is in the building directly next door and was by far the best pizza we’ve had in the city. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at the Sable which was situated downtown in what feels like a somewhat newly built area. There is plenty of dining and bar options within walking distance. The unit itself was easy to check-in/out and was tidy and ticked all the boxes for our short trip.
