The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.

This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy queen bed, separated from the living room with a partial wall for privacy
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and sports-themed artwork adds a pop of style (updated pictures coming in early September!. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.

Enjoy hotel room-style novelty with all the comforts of home in the living area, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch.
You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.
Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets are not allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, the location was great, and the street was surprisingly very quiet, so we slept great even with the window open a bit. The check in process went smoothly, although it does seem like different pieces of check in information are provided in several different ways (email, text, Airbnb account, the Minnestay guest portal) so it would be nice if that information could be consolidated and simplified somehow.- Rebecca , Posted:

We stayed here for a couple nights for a concert at Target Field, and it was perfect if only for that reason - literally less than a 10 minute walk! Very lovely stay, the rooftop was cozy and a great perk when we were surprised by fireworks. Lots of local spots to grab and bite and drink. Other attractions felt walkable as well <30min walk. Included parking was a great perk. Friendly neighbors as well, the building felt safe as well with required key/code entry. The place itself was spotless and smelled great. We really enjoyed the location. Being right in the North Loop is important to us when we’re in Minneapolis and this place is central.

We had a nice stay at the Sable. The unit was exactly like the pictures/descriptions. Location was very convenient to a lot of good restaurants. I really enjoyed this property. It was in a great location, within walking distance of many fun restaurants and bars. The unit itself was extremely clean and cozy and perfect for 2 people. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen for leftovers and snacks and be able to do laundry so we had clean clothes when we returned home from our trip.

It was Me and my family’s first time in Minneapolis. We had my sister who was moving here. It was definitely a memorable experience and this place made us feel like home. We absolutely loved our stay. Will definitely come back. My fav is the lobby... sooo luxurious!

Great stay in downtown Minneapolis
Great little apartment, we loved the fresh coffee beans with the bean grinder. Huge walk in closet, awesome blackout curtains for the large windows that provide a beautiful view of downtown. There's a great roof top that's open 24 hours with TV, grill, fridge and fire tables. The main floor lounge has shuffleboard, tv, fireplace and plenty of seating. We visited Minneapolis for our Anniversary. We were excited to finally get to Paisley Park. We also took in a Twins game and ate dinner at Manny's. This location was absolutely petfect. There are a ton of places for entertainment and dinning. It is a short walk to literally everything. My only issue was the locking system used for the doors. To say the system was problematic is a gross understatement. I would absolutely stay here again because the location is perfect. But please consider replacing the locks.
