Sable 401 - Studio

The place was very clean and had a great location. It was stocked with everything you would need. I would recommend it to anyone. Once we figured out how to get into the building it was easy, but it was a few steps to enter the property.

I really enjoyed this studio unit. In a nice/laid back area, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to downtown and highways. I made great use of the rooftop including the fire pit, grill, and tv. Lots of great photo-ops in/around the building. The unit itself was nice had everything I needed. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but otherwise good. I accidentally left something in the unit after checking out and customer service was super kind and helpful and getting back in was a breeze. My only concern was that there was a separate agreement you are expected to sight after booking on AirBnb. It was pretty standard but I would have preferred knowing that before booking, personally.

Pros>OUTSTANDING location with amazing restaurants walking distance (even right behind it!) from the unit, fantastic toiletries that are unlike any I’ve had in an AirBnB, thoughtful touches like earplugs and fresh coffee beans, laundry and secure parking garage, and most importantly of all as far as I’m concerned (having been scarred by two less than clean AirBnBs), this unit truly was absolutely sparkling clean!
Cons>only one: As other guests have mentioned, the check-in procedure is a bit complicated with texts leading to emails leading to specific security instructions. It was a bit hard to keep track of all the different instructions.

We had a great stay! The building is very secure and safe, the apartment itself is a perfect size for 1-2 people, it was modern and clean and had all the amenities you’d need for a short or extended stay. It is also a short walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and other eateries. I would stay here again!

The place was very clean and neat. It’s really beautiful when the shades are open. It is a studio so a small place but a good location. Good restaurants. Close to baseball, coffee, beer and more. The parking spot was a bit hard to find (it is almost a full level down) but there are non-designated spots around closer to the door.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean. Our host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying back here during our next trip to Minneapolis.

This is my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Minneapolis. Great location, easy check-in/out, awesome pad. Washer/dryer work great. There's a gym ~1 minute walk away connected to the Nordic building and Minnestay was able to add access to the facility for $10/day, which I thought was well worth it. Internet is fast. Overall just great!

Fantastic studio apartment in North Loop. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice TV, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. Communication with the hosts was smooth and check-in/check-out was extremely easy and self-serve. Highly recommend!

Excellent spot in North Loop, check-in process sounded more complicated than it ended up being; before I showed up I got a link in my text messages, and it was super easy from there.
The unit was very clean, very quiet, and comfortable. The location was fantastic! Far enough away from the Warehouse District to be nice and quiet but close enough to walk to any time you like. There were coffee shops, bars, and restaurants immediately nearby. Easy walk to Northeast or Downtown too. Lots of rental bikes and electric scooters around.
Parking in the attached ramp was a snap but you do have to look carefully for your spot the first time - mine was in a little nook away from the direction you'd turn to go up a level, and out of order with the other reserved spots. Once you know where it is, no big deal!
Overall I was very happy with this Airbnb experience and would happily stay here again. Thanks Minnestay!

First of all, this airbnb is BEAUTIFUL. Such a lovely place. It was spotless upon arrival and everything was as stated. Also the location is absolutely PERFECT! Within walking distance to tons of restaurants and coffee shops and breweries. We could walk anywhere we needed/wanted to! Minnestay was always quick to respond with any questions we had and were great hosts! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot in the North Loop located seconds from some great restaurants and minutes from many others. Included parking was a plus, especially during a Twins home series. The unit overlooks a quiet street which was a blessing when N Wash was busy with the nightlife. The only noise we heard was a neighbor slamming their door late at night on a Saturday night. While small, it's a great place to rest if you want to be out and about while taking the Twin Cities in!

Great stay! Amazing location. Within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, etc. The people in this area are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay. It was our first time in Minneapolis and we loved the location and the community. It was a safe area, welcoming and close to everything we needed. Lots of great places to eat, walking trails and friendly neighbors. It was just chilly enough to put the fire pits to work. The space is very comfortable and provides a great place to relax between outings.

We were looking for an easy getaway for a couple of days to unplug and relax. Everything from when we arrived till we left was exactly what we needed. It was quiet, secure, spacious, comfortable and most importantly, corner to corner clean. There is wide variety of eateries within walking distance so you can sample and satiate most any craving you might have. Theater, comedy or a late a night glass of wine is all within minutes. Everyone was attentive and more than helpful. We've definitely bookmarked this for a return stay the next chance we get.

Excellent stay. Close to great restaurants and the roof top was outstanding. Bed was great and the apartment was all we ever wanted. Also a full size shuffle board in the main area we used everyday.

Minnestay is pricier than other options in Minneapolis but well worth the money. Great location with a number of eats within walking distance, free parking, very clean. They even provided earplugs as street noise is noticeable. Check in was a bit convoluted with no actual person to walk you through and the numerous emails with different info was annoying - remember to keep and read all of them. Even with that, highly recommended.

Awesome location and unit. Very clean. Only issue I had was our reserved parking space was being taken by another car the whole weekend. The host informed us we could just park in any other space and luckily there were plenty so that wasn’t an issue.

GREAT location!!! The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The little touches really made out stay memorable. The bed as well as pillows were super comfortable. The TV is awesome as it offers many different apps for use. The water pressure in the shower was great and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided smelled amazing. The fresh coffee was a great touch and made for the perfect morning. Will be saying with Minnestay again!

Although this unit is a true studio, you definitely won't regret picking it over some of the true "1 bedrooms" (several of which have less square footage than the studio layout). This unit has nice large windows on 2 sides and everything was nicely organized. It was also incredibly quiet--I couldn't hear anything from inside the building or outside on the street.

Great place! Matched the pictures and description. While we were staying there, I noticed security walking the property, which made me feel secure. The place was very clean and welcoming! Minnestay was a perfect spot for the two of us for our short trip to the city. The warehouse district is such a cool spot with tons of great food and coffee. The apt was lovely, felt very safe and was so clean. Even in a studio there was enough room for the two of us to work remotely comfortably. Would definitely recommend for either short or long term trips.

My husband and I enjoyed our two nights at Minnestay. Getting the key was easy, the parking garage is nice, it’s easy to get to the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I most appreciated the blackout shades, comfortable bed, good WiFi, and location. I gave the stay 5 stars but I want to note that this is basically a hotel room without the amenities of a hotel but more risk. The company contacts you outside of Airbnb to sign a contract that in retrospect I would not sign again. You agree to be fined a flat rate of $2,000 if you (to my memory) bring an animal in the room, smoke, have a party (which is not well defined, so TBD what could constitute a party), have two noise complaints, and other reasons. It was not clear to me if these fines could also compound. When we forgot a charger in the room, they offered to ship it to us for a $45 fee, which I cannot imagine a hotel doing. It worked out fine for us, but I would not assume this liability again and instead would book a hotel.
