The place was great! My parking place was on the same level as the apartment and so close to the door. I loved the tv in the bedroom. So many restaurants to walk to in the area and the vibe from the architecture from the past and present is fabulous! Make sure you read how to check in and out so you know the procedure. Quite extensive, but once you’ve got it, it’s a great place to stay! Enjoy your next stay in Minneapolis there. I will!

We had a great stay. Was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The host were very responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat, most with in walking distance. Was nice to have on-site free parking. We had a fun weekend away, with a comfortable place to come back to in the evening.

Great stay. If you follow the key safe instructions they are easy to follow. Very clean and quiet! The only noise is from outside which was minimal. We wanted a safe neighborhood to walk around while we were visiting for a twins game. That is exactly what we got! I would even love to live in this neighborhood!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for a week long business trip to Minneapolis. Great area with lots of coffee and food options nearby in walking distance and a safe and hip neighborhood. The condo itself was clean and had everything I needed for the week. The procedure for getting/returning the keys was.... kind of complicated but worked out alright. You need to use your phone to unlock a key bank in the lobby to get the FOB, but you better hope your phone has good signal standing in the vestibule of the building. Communication from Minnestay was excellent. Overall great stay, would recommend highly for stays in Minneapolis.

Book here! The location is great. We stayed here for a Vikings game and you can take the train easily or Uber. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need so you can cook and have a cozy night in too!

Great location! Walked to Target Field and Washington Avenue. Modern space with lots of closet space. The rooftop patio was amazing! Grills, music and great view, met some wonderful people there. Parking space greatly appreciated.

This was a great place for a weekend in Minneapolis — tons of bars and restaurants, plus some great shops, within walking distance plus an amazing rooftop terrace that guests an access. The unit was clean, quiet and contemporary. Free parking is a definite plus, too.

Nice little condo was great for visiting friends in the area. Key box self-check in was simple, and the little communication I had with staff to request late check out was pleasant. Upstairs patio/grill area was a nice find for making dinner.

This has honestly been the most clear and well communicated stay my husband and I have had. From the moment we reserved our stay, we were well communicated with, no details spared. Everything went seamless, the amenities were beautiful, and the location was perfect for all of the walking we desired to do. It felt great coming to a large city knowing our car was protected and in a parking ramp, which is never the case in several other large cities. It was wonderful working with Minnestay and we would do it again!

I had a nice stay at Sable 48. Nice building with cool common area downstairs and some good restaurants around the back of the building as well as Fragmnt coffee which has a nice big lobby to hang out. The location was easy to get around for the areas I was there to visit like Target Field and I felt safe walking around at night. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked for 2 of us. Room was clean and communication was good with Minnestay. Overall, it was a nice visit to Minneapolis and I would stay again in the future.

We came to Minneapolis to go to a baseball game at Target Field. It was easily walkable and there were so many places nearby. What a wonderful area. And the rooftop seating area was so great - we enjoyed just sitting up there during our downtime.

Apartment was just as described, bright and clean in a great location, a 12 minute walk from my son's apartment (the reason for the visit). The neighborhood is busy with lots of restaurants and breweries, walkable to the Twins stadium. The only downside was that we had a little trouble returning the keys because my non-travelling spouse did the booking. We used the drop box in the office instead of the key safe. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION!! Easy check in and parking spot in covered ramp on same floor as unit. The unit was perfect for 2 people. Spotless and everything you need away from home. Martha’s place was the perfect location for stay in Minneapolis. Walking distance to places to eat (try The Lowry) and the Walker gallery is close as well. Short drive distance to MOA, Paisley Park and Target Field.
Can’t go wrong with two bathrooms and a washer and dryer as well as a dedicated parking space!!
I can’t thank Martha enough for accommodating us at 10pm at night since Airbnb had a glitch in their system. Her place was better than our original choice!

I greatly appreciated the adjacent, covered ramp parking during the Minneapolis winter. This apartment and the reserved parking spot were both on the fourth floor of their buildings and I was able to enter the apartment building at the fourth floor from the ramp’s fourth floor. That was wonderfully convenient.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apartment! We had fun walking around the area, dining in a few walking distance restaurants and hanging out up on the roof top. Beautiful and cozy apartment and the most convenient parking spot. The bed was so comfortable…sometime I wish I had nothing on my agenda but to just sleeping in!!! The whole place is squeaky clean too! Overall it is simply fabulous. We absolutely will book it again when we visit Minneapolis in the near future. ?

The stay is beautiful and close to everything!!! I can't express it enough! The location is everything! Everything was within walking distance! The food was delicious, and we would definitely recommend checking out NOLOs Kitchen and Bar! But there are so many nice little social places and coffee houses to take in! Short drive to the Mall of America and within walking distance to the baseball stadium and a train/bus ride over to the Vikings Stadium. We will definitely be visiting again and staying at Minnestay.

Very accurate description of the Airbnb. Great stay, very safe, and loved having a dedicated parking space in the garage. The keyless entry was easy to use to check in and check out. The space was very clean, and was perfect for a couple. The building has elevator access. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the North Loop. We felt very safe.

First off, excellent location! This place is literally blocks away from one of the better streets for food and drinks. The place was clean, easy check in and I love the assigned parking spot (that’s on the same floor with the room). The space has all the amenities you need. It was clean and love the modern look. The place is just as the pictures suggest, and having your car right outside on the same floor is wonderful! We never met anyone at Minnestay, but since we had no issues we had no reason to call them. It’s not the kind of Airbnb experience that we have had in the past, but it really was a clean, comfortable modern place. We were there to meet up with several friends, so didn’t really experience all that the Warehouse District has to offer. But in a few long walks we were able to get to Hennepin and the Nicollet Mall, the Mississippi River, and Whole Foods! All in all, a very nice place.

One of my favorite stays. Although I didn't use the kitchen I appreciated the stock of kitchen ware and utensils. Nice location and cozy. Very quick responses. There was some construction across the street but it wasn't unbearable like other experiences I've had.

I've stayed in this building prior. Traveling alone, I feel very secure in the building with easy parking and access to secure floors and rooms. All the apartments I've been in have been as advertised, clean, and comfortable. I did miss having a table or desk to sit at to do my work in this unit, but that was my oversight as the unit was as advertised. Overall, I highly recommend this location and plan to stay here again anytime I'm in town for work or play.
