The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The master bathroom is located just up the steps outside of the bedroom. There is also a half bathroom next to the living room, so it’s convenient for all of the guests. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.
You will also be able to enjoy the warm summer breezes from the large balcony directly connected to your suite!

• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets are not allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

This property is absolutely fabulous! The pictures are definitely accurate! The decor, cleanliness and supplies were A-1. The patio with firepit was the icing on the cake. Although we were there in the middle of summer, it was nice to light it and sit around it at night when things cooled down a bit. The property is located very close to the city. We were exactly .9 miles away from popular downtown restaurants/lounges, etc. The staff checked on us to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The condominium was absolutely beautiful & the furnishings were very well done ! The North Loop location is awesome for getting to Target Field, restaurants & bars ; all within walking distance , and that was even in the winter time ! The only problem we had was our parking pass did not work ; but the Minnestay staff continually communicated with us & tried to resolve the problem ! We could not get it to work , so they are reimbursing our parking expenses ! You can truly tell a great organization by the way they handle problems ; and this company did a wonderful job communicating non-stop and resolving the issue the best they could ! A beautiful downtown condo! The check in process was very easy, convenient parking, lots of space in the dining/living rooms, and easy pull-out beds! It's a little pricey but you're really paying for the location!

We had an issue with our parking pass but management was very prompt with communication and resolved it cleanly without causing headache for us and I appreciated that. HUGE windows with sunset views. Staying at The Sable Lofts was a dream come true. I knew I was splurging on myself by getting this place, and it turned out to be worth every penny. This was a great place to stay in a nice, walkable part of Minneapolis. We stayed for a couple of days and was able to hit a number of restaurants and bars close by. The rental process was better than expected as the management company was on top of everything! Had an issue with the parking pass and they were right over to fix it and in communication the whole time. Great loft and location!
We rented this loft for a staycation - very nice loft and location! Close to great restaurants, bike/walking trails along the river, easy walk to NE Minneapolis and the rest of downtown. Enjoyed having the extra space versus staying in a hotel. Took advantage of playing shuffleboard in the lobby and listening to some records in the loft. Great location! Super accessible to the North Loop and the rest of minneapolis. Check-in/out couldn’t be easier for someone who doesn’t travel much (me!), and the building itself couldn’t be nicer.
