Sable 506 - One Bedroom

This is a great location and the apartment is beautiful and clean and comfortable. My only complaints were 1. You have to grind your coffee beans but the grinder was broken so I couldn’t have coffee first thing (but that forced me to go to Backstory which was amazing!) and 2. The check in process felt like a lot compared to other places I’ve stayed. Steps before you even get there, then the process for getting the keys, then finding the parking stall, and finally finding the apartment. But now that I’ve got it down, I’d stay here again (and bring coffee)!

Great stay at Sable 506. I was there for a few weeks of work and it quickly became like home. It’s not huge but it’s in good shape and the location is great. Would definitely stay there again.

The Sable has quickly become my go-to place whenever I need to stay in the Cities. The property is beautiful, close to many great restaurants and attractions, and Minnestay ensures you're well taken re of during your stay.

Great visit and great apartment
We were in town for a baby shower and the apartment was great. North Loop offers places to eat, drink, close to the river if you are looking for places to run, walk, bike. The only thing I did not like there was no gym/workout facility. Overall Excellent!

Wonderful clean, modern building and unit. The rooftop would be wonderful in the summer months! The parking space in the garage was right next to the door to the building, so very convenient.

Everything was great! One of the best AirBNB's I've stayed in. The accommodations were even better than described and the staff was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. The kitchen was very well stocked so if you are looking to cook a meal you will have everything you need. The North Loop area is also a great neighborhood. Very walkable and lots of great places to eat and socialize. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Super convenient location and we felt very safe. Just a heads up - if you have the ceiling fan on it will rattle the closet doors if they’re closed - it’s not a ghost!

A very cozy space and area to stay at for the weekend. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the location was very convenient, close for our activities and safe. Minnestay was very helpful and welcoming the entire time before, during and after I booked. They also gave clear instructions on everything I needed to know about the building, making everything run smoothly for us which is greatly appreciated. Would stay again!

Great customer service. Really clean. If your going to baseball or football this is the spot. A lot of quality restaurants and breweries. This is in warehouse district. Lot of old buildings converted to apartments and restaurants. 6 Stars if they had free beer!!

This is a really nice area in Minneapolis. Had never spent much time here, and was happily surprised by all of the restaurants that were an easy walk away. Easy walk into the city, and we were able to walk along the Mississippi river one afternoon, and walk to Target Center for a basketball game. Would be even better in the summer time to walk over to Target Field for a baseball game. Would stay here again.

The condo was a clean and nearly brand new space (Dec’19). Despite what I assume were opening day admin challenges, this place was perfect for a week in Minneapolis. Parking was simple and on the same floor as the unit. Laundry was simple and modern (though I didn’t see in-unit laundry listed as an amenity on airbnb). Internet was blazing fast. Concrete floors were spotless. The only issues I had are easily fixable, thus probably not relevant to future travelers. The host initially forgot to include the parking card in the key drop unit. Also, I’m pretty sure the towels and sheets were straight from the box (ie never washed), which seems ok, but better to wash first in my opinion. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location

A little rocky check in, however, there was an amazing housekeeper that helped troubleshoot the fob checkin access. The stay was awesome and we loved the room! Location was also perfect. Very quiet as well.
