Sable 507 - Alcove

North Loop is a great place to stay if you plan on going to a Twins game! Or want a quiet area close to downtown. Walking distance to many breweries and restaurants!
I asked for an early check-in or a place to store my luggage because the Twins game was at 1pm. They could not accommodate which is understandable because someone was in the room the night before. I did not want to leave my luggage in the secure garage and I’m glad I didn’t because we saw a car broken into in the garage.
No hot water one day but Minnestay was always quick to respond! They respond immediately through the app. Water was fixed later that day.
They had a scooter in the room, free coffee, and plenty of towels and sheets.

I loved how the room was decorated, very new and fresh looking! There are black out shades on the windows which I thought was great for sleeping in. The room was absolutely spotless! Having a designated parking space in the secure parking garage was very much appreciated. The location is in one of the best areas of Minneapolis and near so many restaurants and breweries. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great little apartment perfect for our family of 4. We particularly enjoyed doing up to the rooftop just to hang out and look out onto the city. Having parking included is also a game changer especially in this part of the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sable 507! This stylish condo was comfortable, inviting, well-furnished, well-equipped, quiet. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of EVERYTHING provided, from soaps to wine glasses to coffee. There were even thoughtful touches of a logbook, games and magazines.
We will definitely stay here again when we visit Mpls.

Spotless
The condo was spotless and so clean. I was very impressed! Enough hangers in the closet for both of us. Amazing area with tons of places to eat within walking distance. Right behind the condo is restaurants and a coffee shop. Make sure you try the taco place Fuzzys and Wrecktangled deep dish pizza inside Northloop gallery. Walking distance to TargetField where Minnesota Twins play. Only negative is the bed was too hard for us but would stay there again. Highly recommend.

It is a compact, liveable space close to restaurants and a coffee shop. We used the metro to go to the Target Center and found that this was an excellent option for this location. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was excellent, and I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Parking was close to our unit.

In a great location in the North Loop area, the condo is just steps from a coffee shop, a brewery, nice restaurants, and a high-end food court--all in the courtyard behind the building. Also, the dedicated parking space was really convenient. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean, neat, and nicely appointed. I was using a knee wheeler cart following foot surgery and found the space a bit tight, but able-bodied people should have no problems moving about. The condo is small without a wall between the bedroom and living area; accordingly, you should be comfortable with the people with whom you share the space. It is great for one or two people. At the time of our visit, the garage next door was under construction. Knowing it was an urban location, we were not expecting things to be super quiet and were not particularly bothered. The only annoyance was the Key Cafe system which required a bit of study ahead of time to make it work.

We stayed in this exact unit a few months ago and were happy to enjoy it again. The kitchen is fully stocked and the attached, covered parking ramp is awesome. The sheets have definitely reached the end of their life and should be replaced, but other than that 10/10.

A nice micro-loft in a vibrant, walk-able area (coffee shops, restaurants, and bars) that is very convenient to downtown as well. Clean and well-equipped. So I highly recommend in that regard. I also loved that we parked in the garage at the same level as the unit, which is super convenient.
However, check-in/check-out seemed too difficult. Emails were long and convoluted. (Maybe at least bold critical items so they are easy to find.) Plus, information and instructions were scattered in multiple places (texts, numerous emails, guest portal) so I seemed to always be searching for the code or the link or the instruction or whatever. I am accustomed to getting one email with everything I need to know about the Airbnb rental, and things going much more smoothly. We did appreciate that someone was available to assist us by phone when we got stuck.
And just a heads-up - the place is a little tight for two, so I do not recommend trying to fit 4 in this space.

We rented three rooms in this building from Minnestay for our employees to stay in while attending a conference. Every room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is excellent, each unit was sparkling clean, and everything we needed had already been anticipated and in place. When we had to shuffle around the nights of our stay and swap rooms, Minnestay was super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Very clean space with lots to do within walking distance. The check in/key retrieval instructions sounded complicated originally, but was actually a smooth process. The contract seems a bit unnecessary as everything included was already listed on Airbnb. During our stay, there was a parking garage cleaning company blocking our designated space while they washed the ground. There was no notice of this service expected while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The unit itself is lovely and just right for two people. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and matched the description/pics. The location is also wonderful and puts you within walking distance (or a short drive) from so many things.
I cannot emphasize enough, however, how awful the check-in process is. I travel frequently and have stayed in several Airbnbs all over the world. I consider myself well versed in navigating these types of things and it was still entirely too complicated. Once you understand the process it’s not even that difficult which makes it more confusing why Minnestay chooses to use such poor communication/directions. Additionally, they send you the comms over multiple different channels which only adds to the confusion. Please find a way to improve and streamline the check-in process/comms for future guests.

Perfect location for our stay in Minneapolis. We stayed for a few nights in June at Sable Minneapolis. The location was perfect for my family of three- walkable to the Twins game at Target field and in the opposite direction easy access to running along the river bank.
Without kids we might have spent more time in the nearby restaurants and bars but as is the coffee place next door suited our needs.
The different channels of communication approached a bit much at times- I felt like I had to check my text messages for the building door code but then find the key code on a website and parking instructions in an email- none of which were directly through the AirBnB platform. I navigated it fine but it felt unnecessarily complicated. In the end I had no big problems parking at the deck, getting inside the building, or getting my keys.
Overall I would definitely return to Sable Minneapolis especially if I were in town for a Twins game.

Fabulous Location and adorable apt!
This location was within walking distance to so many amazing bars, breweries and restaurants. I highly recommend Freehouse to eat! We ended up having 4 meals there!! The Acme comedy club was a blast too. The property manager was incredibly prompt with any questions too. I

This is such an awesome spot to stay. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop and stopped at a few local bars (check out Bunker's and Darby's), all within walking distance. We were also able to easily walk to Target Field. The room was clean, spacious for being on the smaller side (if that makes sense), and had extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. Add the fresh coffee beans provided and this place earns 5 stars!! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the place. It was so fully stocked with amenities, especially the sheets and pillow for the bed and pullout bed. I think they had about 6 extra pillows in addition to the 4 on the bed! The host is very responsive on the messenger app. We asked for an extra set of keys and it was in the key cafe within 1-2 hrs. The location is great! About a 5-10 walk to Target Field. And about 10 min from the Mississippi walking/running trail.

Great spot to stay downtown Minneapolis! The North Loop has plenty of walkable options nearby - coffee shops, restaurants and breweries. Each parking garage floor is connected directly to the floor you’re staying so it was super easy to access our vehicle when we needed to go somewhere. Would definitely stay again ! :)

Does not disappoint
Check-in appeared complicated at first due to the length of the memo yet in the end everything flowed and just took common sense. It was romantic yet swanky! The amenities were very accommodating with a full kitchen plus sitting area! Including a washer and dryer :) I wanted to give 5 stars for cleanliness and accuracy yet there was sticky matter on the remote and what looked like dried vomit ? in the parking ra mp also the amenities were a lot smaller then pictured (lounge and rooftop). Over it was a very nice stay, we would recommend and stay again! Oh and location, location, location!!! ;)

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is trendy part of town near the top of the blue and green lines on the light rail. Also very close to Target Field if you're going to a Twins game. We did a bunch of hikes and scenic trips with Minneapolis as our base. The laundry was very helpful to have. Also the bed was super comfortable! Check-in procedures were handled via texts outside the Airbnb app which is my only complaint.

wonderful accommodation, fully appointed. would be happy to live there long-term! wonderful stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. my only caution is that you really need to closely read the instructions for parking entry/exit and key access. reserved parking was convenient and close to the unit.

This studio was very cozy and comfortable. You couldn't ask for anything else .They provided you with even the small things as tooth brush, mouth wash, deodorant and etc.The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking utilities .There was a restaurant(BAD Wiings) in a four minute walking distance that had four restaurants in one. I would definitely stay here again.

The Sable is in an absolutely perfect location in the North Loop. Great coffee and dining options within a five minute walk. Whole Foods is also just an easy 10-15 minute walk.
Place is a little tight but perfectly fine for our family of 3. We didn’t move our car for three days and explored all MInneapolis had to offer on bikes. Highly recommend.
Would def stay here again.

We come every year to MN to go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and by far this was the best airbnb that we booked. Loved!!! the area. We were able to walk to so many fun spots and the vibe was so cool! The apartment was easy to find and parking in the garage was easy. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything we needed. They were thoughtful in providing even essentials just in case we forgot them. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the big windows which let in lots of light.
