Everything was great! The room was really nice and clean. The giant TV was great for playing video games. Access to everything was easy. The location was awesome. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and the nighttime view. Minnestays service was excellent! I had internet issues and they replied within minutes. We wanted to add on the gym access and the service rep handle that for us very quickly. Just great service! Thanks. By the way - it seems that the bathroom outlet is not working. It did not affect our stay in any way. Just thought you should know

Great location! It looks actually as pictured!! If you want to be downtown it’s you can walk to a lot restaurants and bars and it’s close to the target center and twins stadium. We will definitely stay whenever in the twin cities

I had a great stay at the Sable through MinneStay. The unit was just as described, and was perfect for a weekend visiting friends who live in the building. MinneStay was quick to respond with questions and support, and will definitely be using them again when visiting my friends.

Place was small, but clean and nice. Good value for the money. Getting inside required some arm-twisting as usual (Minnestay REALLY wants you to use their app), but once you get the keys everything works fine. I'd love to stay there again if the checkin process wasn't such a pain. And it's not the fault of the folks who work there - they really are nice - it's their management that just has their heads up their somethings. Anyways, all that said I would stay there again. : )

The location was great for walking to different bars and restaurants. It was close to the train to get to all of the stadiums for the games. Will definitely stay here next time i come to town

Great spot that looks just like the pictures. Location can’t be beat. It also felt homier than your standard airbnb. Couple little things for the host to work on but I’m confident they’ll work on those. Overall this place is a stellar, quiet spot in an awesome neighborhood.

Easy walk to Target Field to catch a ball game. Lots of craft beer in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to MPLS.

Wish we could stay longer…
The unit was perfect!! The location is great and we could “feel” can feel the energy of the area when we arrived. So many things in walking distance. Did have the stairwell alarm go off but you can’t hear it from inside the unit. We followed the instructions provided and it was addressed right away. One of the top Vrbo experiences ever!!

Big bed, big tv and renovated. Perfect location. Right next door to FRGMNT coffee and Th3Jack. Walkable area, and quiet.

Our stay was great. Clean space, dedicated parking, right in the middle of the Warehouse district with all the restaurants/bars/shops. Quick access to other nearby activities. We enjoyed trying out a loft. Cozy yet roomy and you need for two people. Check-in was a little clunky for me and instructions could have been clearer.

Would definitely stay here again. Really nice place, was clean and well appointed. Was just what we were looking for and expected. Fantastic location with easy parking. The communication was very good but can be confusing with the Key Cafe part, etc. The contacts were very helpful in helping us work thru how that all worked. Really great place with a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, etc right there. Nice gym next store for a fair added price.

The Perfect Stay
All the conveniences of home in a fantastic Minneapolis neighborhood. Fun restaurants and close to everything without the downtown mess. The reserved parking space on the same level as the condo made it even better. This is our new place to stay when visiting Minneapolis.

Great location & neighborhood! Didn’t do as much exploring on foot due to rainy weather conditions during our stay, but it was quick to get Lyft rides to our destinations. Detailed instructions made for an easy check-in, key retrieval and parking. Unit was very clean and organized. The building was extremely quiet at all hours. Would definitely book here again!

We had three people share this place for a weekend and it was great! I would say that it is too small for any larger group than 3. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and got complimentary coffee beans! I would definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly like the pictures.! They have everything you need in the unit. The tv in there has a nice swivel and it’s 65 or 70in. Also I if you do have questions their staff are professional and friendly, I can’t make this up.

Sable is centrally located in the North Loop, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, and good central location for exploring other parts of MPLS and St Paul. Kitchen had everything to cook meals, couch was extremely comfortable for kicking up one's feet after a long day of walking around. Close to Metro stops, close to the riverfront, and grocery options are 7 blocks away.

If you like clean, modern accommodations with attention to every detail, then this is the stay for you. Parking is nearby, convenient and covered. Place was squeaky clean. I can’t imagine anything they didn’t provide that I would have needed. And the North Loop rocks!

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Minneapolis! Parking was incredible, as it was free and so close to the actual unit. Space was clean and beautiful. Perfect spot for my friend and I to have a fun weekend and relax.

We loved this place. If we didn't have so many material possessions we could Live here. The small studio has everything someone needs to live, without all the clutter. It was a good getaway. The check-in procedures seemed a little overcomplicated. All the information was in the email, but there was so much info, we couldn't absorb it all; once we got checked in it was very simple. I'd recommend putting a 15-minute reserved spot out front for people to go in and get their keys. We came during a busy time, and the street was very full. we had to circle a few times to find a place to get out to get to the lobby. Overall, it was great. Coffee is provided for you, along with everything you need to cook a few meals. We cooked our breakfast every morning. The galley around the corner was a great eating option with multiple food choices of pizza, and ramen. The walk to Target field is super easy too. and if you are wanting to take the train, the station is at Target field.

Excellent home base for staying in Minneapolis.
This property had everything I need to both feel at home and on vacation. Excellent location for access to many local places to get food and coffee. Down stairs lounge was quiet and comfortable for reading. Parking space is convenient for stashing a vehicle as most things are in walking distance. Got to relax after spending my days out an about binging movies and shows on the large TV in the room. In unit washer and dryer also allowed me to pack lighter than I would have otherwise.

Very nice, liked the kitchen, bathroom was large, big windows. bed was comfy, dark shades did a great job so we were able to sleep in. Nice only having a few apartments in the hall so not much noise like a hotel. went up to the patio was big and nice view. We went to an event at US Bank Stadium and was able to walk five blocks to the Light Rail and the next night went to Target Field and was able to walk there and back after the event. just a note when parking ... do not push the ticket button when entering wait for the gate to raise we just have to go back through and pay parking, wasn't much as we realized right away.

This was my second time staying here and I loved it! The building is very secure, clean, very close walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The apartment had everything you’d need and was the perfect size for two people. Check in is just about as easy as it gets with keycafe. Communication was great. I’d happily stay here again!

Great Place - Better Than Advertised
This small apartment makes fantastic use of space - we never felt cramped. The bathroom and kitchen were fantastic and very well-equipped. As a person who enjoys cooking while on vacation, I found just about everything I needed (although a cutting board would have been welcome). The building is well-maintained, and even the grill up on the 9th floor balcony worked well for us. If our travels ever take us back to Minneapolis, we'd be happy to stay here again.
