Sable 608 - One Bedroom

Clean, convenient, comfortable and communicative. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and wine, and extra toiletries. We loved the sunlight that came through the large windows in this corner, loft-style apartment. We had a minor issue with our parking pass, but called the number to find someone on the other end of the line who was very cordial and able resolve the issue very quickly.

Really enjoyed our week in this apartment. Fantastic locations with lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, and work spaces. Lots of light and great windows and view of the city. Also the rooftop communal space is beautiful and a great added amenity. We also added a gym pass for $10 per day which was a great option if you're interested. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in MSP!

It was a great place to stay within walking distance to many attractions. The place was clean and well stocked. The only issue I had was not being able to adjust the temp in the condo. It was too stuffy and there was no way to cool down the space. Otherwise a great option for touring around Minneapolis.

Great apartment in a great location. The Warehouse / NoLo area is a fun area with a number of excellent restaurants and bars, and easy access to the rest of the city. The building was safe and clean, and it was nice to have secure and convenient parking available. The apartment was spacious, well laid out and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely recommend.

Great place in a great location
Overall it was what I expected from the listing. Very nice clean apartment and building was also very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. Your parking space is on the floor of your apartment which is a great set up for moving in and out and when the weather is not great. Keep in mind during the day, as the listing states, the construction next door starts at 7 am sharp during the week. It didn’t bother me as I was already up but don’t plan on sleeping through that. I gave a lower rating on the communication and check in because there were 5 emails sent and a few texts before I attached. They all had different information on them. The first night I ended up having to read through all of these again as I arrived back at the building after the outside door was locked. I tried using the online chat which just told me to call the number. Even though I provided my stay reference number they didn’t seem to know where I was to provide any useful information. I ended up walking up the parking garage ramp and entering from that way. The lesson learned is read through everything ahead of time and write down all the codes and phone numbers needed at any given point. There is no in person contacts to use during your stay which was new to me. I should have prepared better for this process. I will definitely stay here again or with Minnestay units. Now I am more familiar with

This place was perfect for my work trip. Centrally located and nearby a number of tasty restaurants. I experienced a wonderful view from this top floor apartment during some night time snowfall. While here, I experienced some power issues that the host couldn’t have foreseen. They quickly got a repairman there the following morning. They also were very responsive to all of my questions. My only complaint about this location is the access to the building itself during checkin. You have to find parking on the road, enter a code to get into the building, follow steps to enter another code for a key, and then return to the car to move it into the parking garage. This is likely a feature of the security of the facility, and a minor inconvenience overall. I’ll definitely return here during my next visit.

This apartment is in a perfect location and has amazing views of the downtown area. There are many good places to eat and drink in the area close by. The coffee place around the corner is amazing (don't forget to try the doughnuts)!
The hosts are very responsive if you have any questions for them. Everything was clean and ready to go once we checked in. We felt welcomed to the neighborhood, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future (or at any other Minnestay property).

Hip rental with a view & fantastic parking garage. The entry with card, and key fobs is very secure. Lux lounge on 1st floor equipped with guest controlled gas fireplace. Bed was comfy and plenty of towels. Kitchen well appointed with all utensils and appliances you need. Neighborhood very walkable with shopping and food at your fingertips

The place was beautiful and cozy! The view of the city was awesome! The bed and furniture were comfortable! The parking garage was awesome and right on the level of our entrance! It’s a beautiful building with so much around it to do. There’s plenty walkable things or just a quick Uber or drive to so much more! The instructions were clear and concise and you get so many emails and texts as helpful reminders or resources. The team is also very responsive if needed. My husband and I had an awesome stay!

This is a wonderful area to stay in! I really enjoyed being able to walk around and find LOTS of great restaurants. There’s an awesome park a short walk away.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Sable and I plan on staying again. I love the views and the location. It's Super peaceful, so I come here to get a break from home. The Units are so Cozy and great for a special occasion. I came for my birthday and I absolutely loved it.

The Sable 68 apartment was very nice and clean. Its close proximity to restaurants, grocery and downtown Minneapolis is convenient, and the included parking space is necessary in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend Sable 68 and look forward to booking again in the future.

Would absolutely recommend staying at Sable with Minnestay in Minneapolis. Beautiful apartment in a great North Loop location. Hosts were great with an easy check-in/out process and constant communication. Some other reviews stated that parking was difficult, yet I found it to be simple while following the instructions provided.

The location and surroundings were excellent. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We were in town for MNF and were just two miles north of US Bank Stadium. FYI, Easy walk, quick Uber/Lyft, or ride the Light Rail depending on your mode of transportation. The folks at Minnestay were very helpful and responsive when called upon. I left my personal phone at home that had our access code to retrieve the loft’s keys. One call, and we were able to work through the situation to gain access.
The only downside is the construction of a building next door. However, the host left fresh ear plugs in the bathroom if you’re a light sleeper. I brought my noise canceling headphones, but good to know Minnestay had our back.
Will definitely book a place with Minnestay the next time we are in town.

Nice place in a good location. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. It's a very corporate feeling building and the unit does not have much personality, warmth or character. But it does what you need it to do. Getting into the building was a little confusing and had what felt like some unnecessary steps... but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Very clean and comes as advertised. I'd stay here again.

We visit Minneapolis frequently throughout the year and SABLE is our top choice to stay every time! So many walkable restaurants (sit-down and counter fare alike), coffee shops and things to do. Great Stay!
Location is great - close to restaurants and quick and easy walk to Target Field (to watch baseball, or hop on the light rail to get basically anywhere across the City)! Parking spot located in the attached parkade is really convenient and a great bonus. Space is great - lots of natural light from the windows and the rooftop balcony had great views. Kitchen had pretty much everything you'll need for a stay. As of September/23 there was construction on the building right night door. They start at 7am sharp (usually done by 3pm). Ear plugs provided by the host were a good help, but if you're looking to sleep in would suggesting booking a room on the other side of the building for now. Pay attention to the door information provided by the host. The key fob works for all of the interior spaces but between 9pm - 7am you will need the key code for the front entrance door. The code is provided by the host in email (just noticed lots of others having issues getting into the building in the evening). Everything with the key code and fob felt secure and safe. Would definitely stay at this location again!
