Sable is ideally located close to some of the North Loop’s greatest restaurants and bars and is next door to WeWork. The new Filmore Theater and Target Field are a short 10 minute walk. The Light Rail station at Target Field makes getting to US Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium, Allianz Field and the Mall of America a breeze.

Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom loft apartment:
• Bedroom: 1 King bed located upstairs with a large closet and full bathroom.
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The master bathroom is located just up the steps outside of the bedroom. There is also a half bathroom next to the living room, so it’s convenient for all of the guests. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

The loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find a comfy couch, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.
Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and easy parking. The instructions provided were clear and straightforward, making our check-in process seamless. This apartment is GORGEOUS. From the furniture that looked like it was from West elm, to the Crate and Barrel dishes. From the gorgeous views out the window to the roomy island where we ate most of our meals at! Coffee machine was super nice, we used the washer and dryer to clean clothes, there were so many toiletries and travel sized goodies for us to use if we forgot something. I swear they thought of everything. There were no less than 4 coffee shops literally within a block or two. And we had no issues finding yummy meals within a half mile of where we were at. So the location was just phenomenal. There were some noisy tenants staying above us one night and so around 2:30 I contacted Minnestay and they contacted the noisy tenants for us. Amazing Airbnb and wonderful team at Minnestay! The apt was exactly as pictured and a wonderful set up for a long weekend. Loved the second floor for the bedroom and full bath, the patio and location. The communication was quick and helpful and I loved staying in the North Loop as this was perfectly walkable to restaurants, the river, & downtown. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot too! We rented three rooms in this building from Minnestay for our employees to stay in while attending a conference. Every room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. Loved our stay at the loft. Clean, and much more spacious than even the photos. Great location with tons of food options in walking distance. Accessed the gym for an extra fee and it was worth it — very clean, and quiet. Would 100 percent stay here again next time we’re in town.- Heather , Posted:

I love this place! I stay here often and it’s not only chic, clean, and comfortable. It’s also walkable to amazing food and outside amenities! Beautiful modern condo’s in a great location. Comfortable and just as the photos showed. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
