The place was great. It was clean and spacious. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and breweries and ultimately a short hike to U.S Bank stadium for the Vikings game which is why we came to Minneapolis. Everything was great.

Beautiful property and looks amazing in the pictures and even better in person. Everything was very clean and well thought out. All of the furnishings were top notch and I felt at home with the ALL West Elm mid century modern furniture. Easy access to the building and parking and in the perfect location.
The hospitality was top notch and I would only stay with Minn?stay if I could in the future.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Only negative that we have, is the coffee maker did not work. If you replace that with kerig option would be nice. Also add a towel bar in the master bath. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay! Would recommend the place to anyone! Anytime I return to Minneapolis I'll be staying here! Minnestay was very responsive and provided instructions effectively. Our coffee pot was cracked and Minnestay replaced it immediately!
The only downside I'd say is the Key Cafe lockbox to retrieve keys. It's very combursome and can take a couple minutes to figure out. The box wouldn't work returning the keys but they did have an easy solution for us!

We stayed here for a conference - it was very convenient to get to the convention center (10 minute Uber) and the restaurant scene was great. The unit was quiet, and we enjoyed the private and rooftop balconies. The garage space was also a plus for when we wanted to explore the area. The host was very responsive - we would stay here again!

Fantastic location, very modern apartment, and plenty of space! This was an absolutely wonderful way to experience the North Loop area of Minneapolis. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of the living room & kitchen space, and two private balconies. Kitchen had plenty of glassware, cookware, and utensils. Highly recommend!

Great stay in MSP
This property was absolutely beautiful! The area is very easy to access from the freeway and there is tons of shopping and places to eat near the bnb. There is a roof top with fire pits and cute couches to enjoy. That was a huge plus that we didn’t know about! The only cons we had was the mattress on the pull out couch was VERY thin and uncomfortable. We also had issues with getting out of the parking garage. We ended up needing to pay for a lost ticket however the host was able to refund the cost of it for us. They were very quick to communicate and answer my questions. We would 100% stay here again!

A great apartment in the North Loop. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the river, and getting to downtown. Inside the apartment, it has everything you need, and a nice bonus is the coffee bean grinder along with a package of coffee beans. The instructions on the parking garage and how to get in is detailed which we appreciated yet wondered how confusing it may be. Don't worry, it is really easy. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice place and it matched the description exactly. It was exceptionally clean, the mattresses were comfy, the living room was comfortable. It had two balconies that we unfortunately did not have a chance to utilize. The neighborhood was quite nice - lots of stores and restaurants. I’d most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Location location location! This apartment is located right in the north loop. Lots of cute boutiques and many choices of places for dining all easily in walking distance. The Twins baseball stadium is also just blocks away. There is a rooftop space that is very nice with lots of seating, a refrigerator, a grill, and a gas fire feature. Also, beautiful sunset views. Definitely would recommend for a perfect stay in downtown Minneapolis.

The stay was great. The check in process was a little confusing but that was mostly on me because I didn't read through the emailed directions. Please read the emailed information if you book with Minnestay. Their directions are really thorough and very helpful if you actually read it. The building is in a great location near great restaurants and bars. We hope to fly back and stay there again for a Vikings game.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This place is so cute!! We had the best time in this area and the place was cozy for movies and art projects! Made most meals in and we were able to make it all work (with a little creativity at times). And loved the coffee they left for us!

We were traveling a week before arrival and check-in instructions were not timely. However, the rom was very nice and my wife and I especially enjoyed having two bathrooms. All the amenities worked well and handy cooking and cleaning items were provided. We like to walk and found restaurants and Whole Foods at reasonable distances.

This was one of those very rare Airbnbs where the apartment truly was exactly as expected and described. I was delighted That the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves in terms of pots and pans, and all of the sort of kitchen implements that realistically you need, but which many Airbnb hosts don’t provide. One very small negative, which is worth knowing about is that one bedroom has a walk-in closet and dresser, whereas the other bedroom has a closet with neither a luggage rack nor a dresser. If you don’t mind sharing the dresser/larger closet (as was the case for my group) then this is no problem. If it’s a problem for you, he might wanna ask the hosts about accessing an additional luggage rack. That aside, this was a great apartment in a really fun neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again.

The place was immaculate! Good location to be out of the fray but still accessible walking distance to so much. Only downside—and this isn’t the management’s fault or under their control—but there’s extensive construction right next to the building which is very loud and starts very early in the morning. If you’re on vacation and want to sleep in you might check to see if the construction is still going on. Otherwise the place was absolutely perfect!

Great location
Property exactly as described, and the location was perfect. Walked to a Twins game and found tons of great food options within a couple of blocks. Neighborhood was quieter than we expected as well. My 80-something mother-in-law has not been to the metro in many years, and lives in a town of 200 people. She was wowed by the comfortable stay and fun cosmopolitan neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sable was amazing! The location is perfect - in walking distance of lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. The space itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Loved the extra touches - toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, earplugs, makeup remover wipes!
Only issue we had at check in was that the fob from the key dispenser wasn’t working properly. I called the phone number provided and someone was on site and helped us out quickly and we were able to get in and had no issues the rest of the time.
It was an amazing stay and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy downtown Minneapolis!

Fantastic location and beautiful place! Having a convenient parking place was a significant plus. The place is rented by a management agency and you will be required to sign a contract. Issues checking in using the Key Cafe were resolved quickly and professionally. Great trip and stay!

Place was incredible. Comfortable, clean furniture and linens. The company you deal with, Minnestay, is top notch and in communication and organization. Check in and check out is a breeze and high tech. Apartment complex is secure and only accessible via key fob.
Location is close a few local eateries or just a short Uber ride closer to the city but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Highly recommend and would stay again

Great location to experience downtown Minneapolis. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Also close to Whole Foods. We could see fireworks from Target Field one night! Thoughtful tray of personal hygiene items in each bathroom

Great amenities, building, comfy beds and washer/dryer were a plus. It was very clean and even though it was cold, it was so nice to have the outdoor space of the balconies. The management company was very responsive and helpful.
The check in and checkout is not common for Airbnb because a management company oversee this property. We found it overly detailed, tedious - requiring multiple text messages, emails and a separate contract signing.
