We loved staying in Sable 803. We stayed for 10 days and never ran out of restaurants we wanted to try. It is a very quiet building as well as the area of town in general. Our stay was in February. The reserved parking space in the attached ramp was great on cold and snowy days. Getting to the unit was close and convenient from the parking spot. The queen size bed was so comfortable that we are considering buying one just like it. We did not need to communicate with the owners because everything was as expected. If we did need help, there were many point of access for communication. Emails, text and a refrigerator magnet with all essential numbers.

Fantastic spot! Getting the key is a little convoluted (remember to save the SMS text they send you with the code to the key box!!!)
Everything else was super great! ?
Extremely responsive and fun people in the Minnestay office, they helped me out several times.

Our stay at the Sable was wonderful! The location was just as pictured. The room was immaculate and the free on-site parking was so wonderful especially for the location. The only hang up was using the keycafe to get our keys, but the staff onsite were so accommodating and helped us out! Overall a wonderful stay and if we plan to come back to Minneapolis, we'd definitely stay again!

Great space for a single or couple, just as described. Beautiful view of sunsets. Within a few minutes walking distance of coffee shops, bars and restaurants in the North Loop area. A 10 minute walk to Target Field and the blue and green light rail lines- very convenient for sporting events.

I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs all over the country , and will proclaim Minnestay as the BEST! From the location to amenities & customer service, Minnestay sets the bar to which all other properties are measured. I cannot wait to return and stay with them again.

This modern studio condo was in a great location, within walking distance of Target Field and close to everything else in downtown that I wanted to do. The included parking lot was awesome, and I didn’t have any issues with other tenants or getting into the unit. I would definitely recommend looking at this unit!

We loved staying with Minnestay. Check in instructions were very clear, parking was easy, and the condo was as described. A couple things weren't perfect, such as the loud construction starting at 0730 weekday mornings, which is out of Minnestay's control, and the ear plugs were a nice touch! The shower was not satisfying, as the water pressure was low and the water didn't get hot enough for my liking... I'm picky about showers, though! The ice maker in the freezer did not work, only made like 4 ice cubes per day. These are, of course, minor complaints, and we really did enjoy our stay! There building was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors at all, and the parking pass was such a nice perk! We would definitely use Minnestay in the future!

The stay was great, it is a good location, many nearby attractions. The place was super clean and well equipped. I had some issues going in and out of the parking garage, the card provided to access and exit the garage has to be re-set and re-activated twice.

Great location that is close to fun restaurants and bars, but it is on a much quieter street. Very clean, very easy to check in and out, and the host was extremely quick to respond.

Great Getaway
We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Enjoyed all the local options for restaurants and bars. Loved the nearby access to walking paths and parks along the river. We also took in a Twins game which was an easy walk from our overnight location. Absolutely loved the suite, it was quiet and clean and comfortable. We hope to be back!

I believe that my Minnestay experience was my best and most professional AirBnB experience. The communication leading to check in was excellent. The communication during my stay was great as well. The unit I stayed I'm was spotless and looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and inviting. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay in a Minnestay property again.

This was a GREAT apartment for an extended stay. The north loop is a great neighborhood for both people coming in for work or for personal. Great restaurants within walking distance, easy transportation options, and close to anywhere you would want to be in Minneapolis. I was provided with all comforts of home while I stayed in this apartment and I couldn't have been happier with my choice, will definitely stay again when I return. Thanks!
