This place is beautiful and the building has fantastic amenities. We really enjoyed our visit to Minneapolis. The location is also amazing with lots of bars and restaurants

Really nice condo. Well stocked (should include cofee filters if including coffee though) and nice little touches. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. Parking is convenient with garage attached directly to complex. North Loop has so many great food and bar options. Rooftop patio is really nice - although needs to be cleaned and one fire pit is not working.
The only issues we had were minor. TV in master wasn’t plugged in and no remote but able to use app on phone. We did keep having an issue with the breaker tripping in the master bedroom. It was very random and not even when something was turned on that was previously off.

Great place in a great location
We were in town for a concert at Target Field, and decided to turn it into a long family weekend. The Sable was beautiful as advertised, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the concert and back and avoid parking and traffic. We were also able to walk for our morning coffee, and several area restaurants which we loved. The weather was beautiful, so that helped! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at an apartment with Minnestay was very good. The place was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. It was as advertised. We had a little incident that was taken care of quickly. The communication with the manager and the team were very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay in the same apartment again.

Perfectly Clean

The space was perfectly clean and so beautiful!!! We loved the unit as well as the lobby “hang out space” and the roof top deck was off the charts!!!! We loved it. Getting in and parking was a touch complicated so just read up before you go. The host was extremely responsive with any issues. Loved it!! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property for even a toddler!!
Stayed at the property for a quick trip to the cities with my family (including a 22 month old) and the location/convenience/space of the property surpassed my expectations! Super convenient from parking ramp to suite and the space was more than enough for my little one to run around. The property managers were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had. Highly recommended and will stay here again!!

The place was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, blankets/pillows, and bathroom accessories. The building itself was great. The unit was everything that was promised — extremely clean and fresh, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is great, with many restaurants, coffee shops and attractions within walking distance. It was the perfect city get-away for my two sisters and me. We found the entry and check-in process rather complicated but got immediate assistance by phone from the office. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Condo

Excellent condo in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our time with Minnestay at Sable. We did have a couple of minor repair issues but they were responsive and resolved within the first 24 hours. The place itself is fantastic. We enjoyed the view, the kitchen, the balconies, the furnishings, the separate climate controls, in suite washer and dryer, and modern bathrooms. Whole Foods is nearby by car. Included parking was great. We would definitely stay here again. We have two kids with us and was perfect for our family.

Great location and apartment
Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway! The apartment was clean and decorated nicely! Great place to socialize with friends. We had dinner/drinks at a few places within walking distance. Felt safe. Check-in process was a little confusing at first, but easy to navigate once you get it. After parking in the parking ramp, you have to go down to the street and then enter the main entrance of the apartment building.

The property and condo are exactly like the pictures - stylish and fun. The location was great and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants and were always about 10 minutes away from where we had reservations for dining or entertainment. We would book again!

Fantastic stay!
Perfect space for two couples..each couple had a private bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The shared living area is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view. The kitchen is beautiful and well-appointed. Nicely decorated and clean throughout. Excellent building security..we felt safe. Location is great..walking distance to Target Field and several excellent restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

This 2 bedroom apartment is in an outstanding location. It is in short walking distance to lots of great restaurants as well as the stadiums where the vikings and twins play. It is in a super safe location where the entire area feels fresh and new. We were here for the Twin Cities Marathon and easily walked the starting line. We also went to the University of Minnesota football game which was a short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again. The light rail is close by which allows you to get to campus in short order

We were impressed by the beautiful modern-industrial decor and spaciousness of our accommodations at Sable. The location is very desirable, as we were by a ton of great restaurants and bars. We also utilized the grills on the stunning rooftop, which also had fire pits for residents and guests to use. We had an issue with using the parking pass to access our free parking spot, but when I called Minnestay they answered immediately and provided options to help. Great customer service for sure. Definitely no regrets with choosing Sable for our girls staycation weekend!

Had an amazing time! The instructions are slightly confusing for the check in / check out process. Both times I had to ask someone who was waiting behind me for what to do. Host was very responsive during our stay! There is access to the garage on the level of the apartment, I thought that could have been better explained, but we eventually figured it out. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in North Loop was super convenient. Prior to our stay I was slightly thrown off by the requirement of a selfie holding your ID, but confirmed with Airbnb it is within their guidelines. I would stay again!

We had a great weekend stay in the North Loop! The apartment was clean and very well-stocked. The kitchen included everything you'd need and we appreciated the coffee and herbal tea too. The kids loved the games in the apartment, including Jenga, Uno and the chess/checkers board . We also enjoyed playing shuffleboard in the main lobby area. The check-in instructions were clear. It's a fantastic location. We'll be back!

Our group of 6 stayed in this 2-bedroom apartment very comfortably using the sleeper sofa. Having 2 bathrooms and the balconies were great amenities. We loved the kitchen and were surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with appliances, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and pans. The neighborhood has a variety of great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks as well as a Whole Foods grocery that is just half a mile away. Unfortunately, there are no pharmacies within easy walking distance. We used the metro train to get around the city, and the Target Field stop is very close.
We loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

They needed my driver’s license and lots of personal information from me. They also had a pretty steep fee for any noise or smoke complaints. We enjoyed the view, the kitchen, the balconies, the furnishings, the separate climate controls, in suite washer and dryer, and modern bathrooms. Whole Foods is nearby by car. This AirBnb is in a great location and was definitely worth the price tag. Checking in and out was easy and parking was super convenient and a dedicated spot in the ramp came with the rental. Would book again and will definitely recommend to out of town gifts.
Only thing(s) missing - there were no laundry pods or dryer sheets, which was OK because I brought some extras. It seemed like they were just out and accidentally not refilled, as there were containers for this at the combo washer/dryer. May want to bring your own just to be safe?

Great location with plenty of places to check out within walking distance! The place worked well for our group of 4 girls. My only complaint is that we ended up having to wash a lot of the dishes when we got there. Most of the silverware & glassware was pretty dirty. However, they had plenty of dishwasher detergent so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall the place was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for.

The location in the north loop can’t be beat! We enjoyed our stay. Only thing was we finally wanted to sleep in on our last morning and the construction started at 7am on that morning across the street. We really liked the apt, host was very responsive and the area is perfection! Would definitely stay again!

Super quiet and clean, we were on the eighth floor. There are a couple of private balconies. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with firepits (the ubiquitous stones and propane ones). Exactly as pictured, and pretty easy to walk as far as US Bank stadium for football games, and plenty of restaurants close in. Good communication.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it's absolutely a favorite. The North Loop is a super walkable neighborhood with so much to do. It's easy to access all information you need through Minnestay, and questions are quickly answered.

Over all great! Clean , spacious and welcoming. It was hard to know what key to use and sometimes the keys were unresponsive. There are also a lot of codes to use. We would have liked to have a manual in the apartment, not just on my phone on how to use the keys and wifi. Overall it was great! Just the only issues was the keys and knowing which parking ramp to use (we went to the wrong one at first)
