So, whether you are here for business, a romantic, adventurous getaway this is the perfect place for you. This unit features unique photos and art from local Minneapolis artists. This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy bed separated from the rest of the suite
• Living room: 1 queen pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork from local artists adds a pop of style. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.

Enjoy dazzling views of Minneapolis right from the comfort of your couch! With all the comforts of home in the living area, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch and enjoy some freshly popped popcorn. You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a
night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, air fryer and coffee maker.
Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, firepits and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy. On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.
**Please be aware that construction on a structure is beginning Fall 2022 next door to Sable and will continue until completed (1-2 years). This may create some extra noise in the area (primarily during the day). Ear plugs are provided in each unit for anyone sensitive to downtown or construction noise.**

• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• PLEASE NOTE: Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Went for my wife’s birthday , saw a baseball game , Hardy concert , mall of America , stone arch bridge , and many local restaurants and bars . It was in the perfect location and most things were within walking distance and what wasn’t the metro station was near by . The place was neat and clean and had everything we needed . Came here for the long holiday weekend with my wife and 2 year old son. It was such a perfect stay - location was central and super walkable to many food and attractions, parking is free, and the unit itself is clean and super thoughtful. The place was truly lovely and the apartment was well located. It's well decorated with a fantastic view. My only complaint is that Minnestay needed me to do additional verifications outside of Airbnb. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that and it felt redundant given that I've already verified my government issues ID with Airbnb. Lastly, I had them sending me emails, texts and Airbnb messages. I wish they would stick to just Airbnb. If something happens with your booking, Airbnb requires that you communicate through their platform or they are not liable. They have to be able to review communication. For that reason, I don't know that I'd stay here again, but I really did enjoy the stay and would recommend it if you're willing to jump through some extra hoops.- Derek , Posted:

Stayed at Sable 807 for a long weekend getaway; this place is even more gorgeous than the pictures and the view is incredible.
The unit was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. More than the ‘basic essentials’ in the kitchen which made meals easy and fun. Corner view of skyline is incredible. Tons of restaurants/bars/coffee shops within a walkable distance. Highly recommend going out to explore the nearby area to find these hidden gems. Key fob pickup was easy but we did have some issues locating the unit from the parking garage.

Beautiful building and unit. Great views of the city at night but still a quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to many restaurants and local events. Host was extremely responsive and polite! Only recommendation I have is different pillows. The bed was great with plenty of pillows to choose from but all were very soft. Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean, private and with their procedures to be able to access the property, we always felt safe.
Location was excellent as there was plenty to do whether right outside, or a short walk from our place. Plenty of variety for food and restaurants as well as bars and venues nearby for shows.
The room itself was beautiful. A good size for a couple and being on the 8th floor, it offered a wonderful view of the night skyline.

We had never been to Minneapolis and were in town from Seattle for a regional soccer tryout for my son. I'm so happy we found this place. I thought that there was no way it was as cool as the photos. It turns out the clean modern design and wrap around views of the skyline were even better than advertised.
We were within minutes of everything, but the tastiest restaurants and most walkable neighborhood were on our block!
We had no need to reach out for help because there were no issues with the property. I haven't used Airbnb a lot so was a little worried about check in and checkout process. The details came from minnestay and were clear and proactively delivered for every message. We had no issues.
Our travel to Minneapolis was required for youth sports but minnestay is a big reason we want to bring our whole family back. We will certainly look to reserve with Minnestay again.

Great view of city skyline and clean space. Secure building and as long as directions sent ahead of time are followed, not hard to check in/out. The only hiccup was somehow the breaker for the living room lights was tripped on two separate occasions when we returned from our daily excursions. This place was perfect for my work trip. Centrally located and nearby a number of tasty restaurants.
I experienced a wonderful view from this top floor apartment during some night time snowfall.
While here, I experienced some power issues that the host couldn’t have foreseen. They quickly got a repairman there the following morning. They also were very responsive to all of my questions.
My only complaint about this location is the access to the building itself during checkin. You have to find parking on the road, enter a code to get into the building, follow steps to enter another code for a key, and then return to the car to move it into the parking garage. This is likely a feature of the security of the facility, and a minor inconvenience overall.

It was a little confusing getting the keys, but once I got the box open everything made sense. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable. The view was lovely and we were close to many restaurants and the parks for morning runs. The room was exactly as pictured, even nicer in person. The view of the city was incredible. This is right in the heart of the North Loop surrounded by the best restaurants and bars in the city. We got in very late the first night and we had some difficulty getting into the parking garage, but they were responsive and accommodating to everything. Beautiful, quiet, safe and fun!
We loved loved loved our stay! Amenities were amazing-had a Vitamix and stove popcorn popper among many other wonderful touches to make it feel like home. The view is amazing and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Could have stayed much longer! Had everything you need.
