• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Service Matters
The home was as pictured: bright, open layout, and clean. The downstairs gym was a plus. What made this stay memorable, however, was the unbelievably prompt response we got from the owner and property manager to an air conditioning problem. We received a visit from the owner within 30 minutes and the unit was serviced within the hour. Things at times go sideways, but it is the response that matters. Dream Home
This was an amazing place. We have 3 boys, 2 with a TON of energy and one who just loves to game. The space was incredible for all. Mom loves to cook, so the kitchen was AMAZING for everything you could ask for along with the perfect glass for her wine...red OR white! The boys got to run off their energy in the gym, we enjoyed a family walk in the quiet neighborhood. Honestly, we couldn't asked for more. Truly a home away from home. This home is lovely, spacious, and the indoor sport court is such a great bonus! We were here for a girls/moms getaway and actually used the sport court quite a bit to play pickleball, basketball, and for a general workout area. The home is so close to Woodbury, Hudson, and Stillwater so the location is ideal! The rooms as very well kept and cozy. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and then 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. It was a great getaway space!!- Kim , Posted:
From the booking process to the actual stay, this was overall a wonderful experience. Very responsive hosts, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable house. It was perfect for our quick trip to Afton Alps and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Hudson is super close and Lakeland/Afton itself is a super cute quaint city. This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend! Clean & beautiful space, fun amenities like the indoor sport court and cute outdoor fire pit. Felt very comfortable and appreciated all of the items provided by the host (complimentary snacks, tooth brushes and paste, makeup wipes, etc)! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
