Great Thanksgiving

This was the ideal property for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. The property was clean and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time with each other. Our grandkids appreciated the playground at the school across the street.

Nice place to stay
Our family of 10 enjoyed staying here. There were great spaces to gather- around the kitchen table, the living room and downstairs family room. The shower on the main floor is awesome! The kitchen has just the basics- a complimentary gift of coffee made 2 pots and there was no salt. The bedroom and hallway floors are very creaky - middle of the night trips to the bathroom are no secret.

Great house and location!
Quiet neighborhood.
We went to 5 different areas around Minneapolis and everything was within 25 minutes (and easy routes).
Beds were very comfortable and sofas (upstairs and downstairs) gave us plenty of room to hang out.
A lot of games downstairs and we had a fun time playing Uno!
7 adults and the 2 full bathrooms worked well.

Great location
This house perfectly fit our needs. We were 3 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend family visit. The bedroom set up worked well for our group and it was nice to have one bathroom upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. The dining table comfortably sat 8 but we stretched it to 10 for a dinner party and it worked. The basement was a great space for the kids and allowed us some separation of space when we wanted it. The location was ideal for us - Linden Hills is a cute neighborhood with excellent shops and restaurants just a few blocks away (including great coffee and pastries at shops just down the block). There's also a large park just across the street we felt comfortable sending the older kids to on their own. The location also works well for accessing other parts of Minneapolis: 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the Mall of America, 10-15 minutes to downtown sporting venues. Nothing felt too far away. Garage, driveway, and street parking were all very easy and convenient.

It was a great place to stay with our big group for the Loppet Cup! Entry pad door lock works a little different than the instructions in their guest portal and took us awhile to figure out how to turn off the security system once we were inside but those were minor things. House had a ton of space and everything we needed! Super responsive with any questions even after hours!

Well Stocked & Beautiful

This is a very nice, clean house in a quiet location. Nice touches are provided like toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrushes, etc. in the 2 bathrooms. There are lots of towels available and the bedding is very new and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking: pots, pans, utensils and ample dishes, including plastic dishes for children. If small children are staying, one must request a gate at the top of the stairs which are steep.

Ideal property for Thanksgiving get together
This was the ideal property for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. The property was clean and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time with each other. Our grandkids appreciated the playground at the school across the street.

Vikings game weekend
We flew in for a quick weekend get away to see the Vikings game. Our SD family met us and the house easily slept our family of 9. We had space to spread out and relax. The kitchen dining was a great congregation area to visit. Kitchen was well stocked. House is clean. Location is spectacular. We took walks around the school and to the nearby lake. Lots of cute stores close by and very safe neighborhood.

Comfortable space for our family

Very well kept, clean and comfortable space for our family of four. Although the property looks modest from the exterior and has no real usable outdoor space to speak of, the interior was exceptionally clean and had an extremely functional kitchen/dining area as well as two nice ‘relax’ areas - the living room and basement - that were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed both the basketball game and the bike trainer, although both required new batteries which we purchased. Beds were comfortable. All rooms (including basement rooms) were nice and warm once we adjusted the thermostat. Multiple smart TVs, puzzles games and books were available upstairs and downstairs that kept everyone busy. This was our first time working with Minnestay and it was a good one - communication was excellent, the reservation portal worked very well, and we enjoyed the nice touches (coffee and snacks) on arrival. The unit was very well stocked with extra toiletries and towels, although the kitchen was missing a few items. As others have stated, the neighborhood is very peaceful and walkable, with the Turtle Bread Company only a few blocks away. We would stay here again.

Family gathering for graduation
It was great for my family of three generations to gather for a wonderful celebration. The location was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the stay.

Very Responsive

House was very nice, very clean, and in a great location for walking in the neighborhood or to nearby stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from the airport. We had six people and the five bedrooms and two baths worked out well for us. A phone call to Minnestay about a couple of minor maintenance issues resulted in the owner of Minnestay coming over and fixing them for us. Very good experience overall.

Minneapolis vacation house
This is a lovely house with a lot of character. The master bedroom loft is a nice bonus. The 3 bathrooms are nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a big table which fit 10 people at one point. It’s near a good playground and the local ice cream shop as well as a bunch of restaurants. So goo location. Would stay here again

The location was perfect. Easy travel to other areas of Minneapolis. There was not much of a yard, but there is a beautiful playground across the street and another nice playground with a pool a couple blocks away. Restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy nearby. Great for families. The house was clean. Nice play area in the basement with toys, games, and a basketball game. Snacks and coffee waiting in the kitchen. Quiet, walkable neighborhood.

The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and cookware, everything in excellent condition. The owners very promptly responded to all our queries. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely perfect. All of my guests had a comfortable place to sleep and a well-stocked kitchen with coffee and treats. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. We all had a beautiful walk around the lake. I would book this property again.

It’s a great place for family. The versatility accommodated all ages with plenty of sleeping options, a large family room in the basement featuring a basketball shooting gallery, and numerous televisions scattered throughout. It’s a great location for young children with a large playground at an elementary across the street. A marvelous family getaway!
